Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days (weekends not included) and are shipped via Australia Post. Please keep in mind that as we are on the road a fair bit, this can affect order processing times. If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us before completing checkout. Please note, that selecting the 'Express' postage option does not mean express processing on your order.

Please remember if you order both in stock AND pre-order items at the same time, your ENTIRE ORDER will be shipped together once pre-ordered items arrive. If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped earlier please place a separate order for those items.

ALL ORDERS INCLUDE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY AS STANDARD PRACTICE.

Upon purchasing an item from the Australian Cattle Carters website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and release Australian Cattle Carters from any compensation for lost, damaged, missing or stolen items,

It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with Australia Post in the event of lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Please ensure all details including your delivery address is correct before submitting your order as no changes can be made once the order has been placed. Australian Cattle Carters is not liable where information has been entered incorrectly by the customer.

Australian Cattle Carters cannot provide estimated arrival dates once your order has left ACC HQ. Standard Australia Post shipping time frames apply once your order has been lodged by us at the post office. Please refer to Australia Post for information on postage time frames. We are based in Regional Queensland so please keep in mind that shipping times can take a little longer than in the city.
